Information of presentationOral presentation- Total presentation time is 20 minutes including 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.- Total presentation time for some invited speeches is 40 minutes including presentation and Q&A. Poster presentation- Panels with a width of 950mm will be prepared. Posters are attached to panels with adhesive tape. A0 size (841 x 1,189mm) poster is recommended.- Please put and remove your poster by yourself. Adhesive tape will be available at the poster venue. - Posters can be put up from the morning of October 10th until the evening of October 11th. - Please explain your poster on the assigned date. Core time of poster sessions is from 12:00 to 12:50 on Oct. 10 and 11. . - Presenters are requested to have lunch at a suitable time before the poster session. |
